LHHR-U Machine Skates with Hand-operated Handle is one kind of Machine Skates, the main function is sway the joystick with human power to drive heavy handling forward or backward through human transport movement.The biggest advantage of LHHR-U Machine Skates with Hand-operated Handle is no need of traction devices,only need 4-6 persons to complete the material handling. Structural features
Using Alloy steel as bearing frame,the overall structure is composed by turntable, turntable ball, bearing plates, side plates, alloy axle, roller, roller bearings.
All bearing parts ( steel ) made by quenching hardened processing technology, to ensure its bearing strength and wear resistance. Alloy steel axle and wheel round bone made by CNC machining to ensure the accuracy of these components,so that precise combination with other components.

Load Detection
All Machine Skates with Hand-operated Handle-LHHR-U are tested according to the testing standards.All the pieces are produced by batches , each batch sampling by the ratio of 100:1 , the main test items is the size, material, hardness , wear resistance and load carrying capacity.
Machine Skates with Hand-operated Handle-LHHR-U machine detected in two methods:
The first methods is Dynamic Load Test: Placed on the Machine Skates with Hand-operated Handle-LHHR-U with 1.5 times of the Rated load, and dragged by the traction device on the concrete floor , movement of 30M distance,then observe the bearing plate , side panels, wheels to see if the deformation, cracks , open solder joints , wheels rubber rupture, unglued.
The second methods is Static Load Test: Placed on the Machine Skates with Hand-operated Handle-LHHR-U with 2 times of the Rated load,keep the load static for 60 minutes,After more testing is completed after all the hand- carry a small tank exploded , dimensional measurements and damage detection , up to standard after the factory as qualified products.then observe the bearing plate , side panels, wheels to see if the deformation, cracks , open solder joints , wheels rubber rupture, unglued.
Use Operation
Machine Skates with Hand-operated Handle-LHHR-U equiped with anti- reverse device , only one direction forward , backwards if necessary , you need to turn the ratchet screw screwed into the hole in the side , so that the pawl fail before they can go backwards .
Before the start of move equipments,please check the situation of the Machine Skates with Hand-operated Handle-LHHR-U.Hydraulic Toe Jacks are necessary ro lift the equipments.
Please adjust all Machine Skates in the same direction , make sure the position of the device connected with Machine Skates is solid safe before movement.
Precautions
1 Machine Skates with Hand-operated Handle-LHHR-U can not carry the load in the case of less than 3 units .
2 Please check the forward direction and hand-operated direction,the direction should be right,or will lead to damage of the skates.
3 If encountered obstacles when moving,do not go through by force,otherwise it will damage the skates .
4 The ground should be cleaned , can not exist iron , gravel , oil on the ground, to avoid damage to wheels ot the machine skates.
5 Please keep slow movement .
6 .Fastening work should be done well before moving.
7 .All forward direction of the machine skates should be the same.
8 All Height of the machine skates should be the same.
9 If the ground is not hard enough,steel plates could be placed on the ground.
10 Do not overload.
11 A regular check / maintenance and gear parts lubricated anti-rust treatment is needed.
12. Do not place Machine Skates with Hand-operated Handle in the wet, corrosive environments.
